Project for a Fountain

Unknown Maker

A statue of Neptune stands in a niche which is flanked by narrow wall panels. The water pours from a dolphin. The plan underneath shows that the wall with the niche stands between two water basins, in front and in the rear. Underneath: the scale, "Dodeci Palmi Romani".
