Concave tin plate with raised base in mounted on wall by hook; original hanging ring on back. Inside circular plate are fixed pieces of mirror so as to form concentric circles. Bottom of hanging plate has tin section pierced by hollow rod connected to cylindrical socket with wood knob base. One arm on bottom for candle.
