Flask, 1867
Moulded rich clear blue glass, flattened base and inverted pear shape with a short neck. Covered all over with patterns made in a two part mould, on a background of close parallel lines, diagonal, on one side a bunch of grapes with leaves and tendrils, and on the other a shield with a lion standing on its hind paws, on a background of large diagonal strips and a crown over the whole.
