The five works from “The Yosemite Suite” including No. 4, No. 7, No. 14, No. 18, and No. 19, 2010, represent the first year of David Hockney’s exploration using iPad technology. For more than fifty years prior, Hockney was an established elder statesman of the art world who had achieved success through traditional painting and drawing.
