Pierced and engraved balance cock. Tompion style regulator with silver regulating disc engraved with the Arabic numerals 1-6. Engraved on potence plate with the words 'F Brant', '326' and 'London'. Convex white enamel dial with painted scene depicting five British ships and bearing the inscription 'SUCCESS TO THE BRITISH NAVY' at the top.
