THE PEALE, BALTIMORE'S COMMUNITY MUSEUM
Quilted Connections: Sisterhood in Cloth at The Peale
Three members of the African American Quilters of Baltimore--Sandra Smith, Rosalind Robinson, and Glenda Richardson--created quilts to thank and honor all those who supported the Peale’s renovations and reopening in 2022. The quilts explore everything from traditional quilting techniques to Harriet Tubman and Mahalia Jackson.
